ParisDesignWeek 25'

From Argentina to the world: a fragment of mineral history turned into light. Industrial designer Ignacio Martínez Todeschini presents an exclusive series of luminaires at Paris Design Week 2025, where additive manufacturing meets native natural stone.

The Efímera Granite series unites geological history with modern technology. By combining reclaimed granite bases—in collaboration with Canteras del Mundo—and translucent biopolymer bodies, each lamp becomes a unique object where raw imperfection defines its identity.
The launch marked a significant international achievement for BILU and designer Ignacio Martínez Todeschini at Factory, in Le Marais. This event served as the perfect stage to introduce the brand’s evolution into table lamps, consolidating its distinctive voice on a global scale.
Showcased from September 3–10 at Galerie Joseph in Le Marais, the work was part of the Factory exhibition curated by Vivian Urfeig. There, among experimental Argentine designs, BILU reaffirmed its commitment to a regional identity with international presence.
Following the presentation at Paris Design Week, the collection traveled to Milan. From October 6-3, the products were featured in the Orizzonti del Sud: Diseño Argentino exhibition curated by Xaarchive at the Argentine Consulate.
